PROJECT/PROGRAM Manager

Annual Base Salary: $85,000 - $115,000, dependent on experience

As a Project/Program Manager, you'll become your clients' go-to expert on their accounts payable, travel, and expense programs or projects. You will provide proactive program or project management including planning, execution, and delivery of projects and client deliverables.  You must be able to multitask across various clients, regions, and industries while displaying the utmost respect for everyone involved in each engagement.  Your job is not only about maintaining customer satisfaction and executing their projects and deliverables but also providing extra guidance — essentially, forming trusted advisor relationships!

  • With 5+ years of experience in travel and expense management, accounts payable automation, consulting, project management, or administering SAP Concur you will put your skills to great use to help companies transform their spend management processes in profound ways.

  • A relationship builder passionate about customer success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.

  • Must be able to lead a team through the project life cycle from planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking a project plan.

  • Proactive thinker who anticipates what is next and what might be needed several steps down the road.

  • Possesses strategic thinking, strong overall business acumen as well as analytical problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders toward their desired solution while working autonomously in fast-paced environments. 

  • Knowledge of Business Administration concepts including Accounting, Finance & Data Analysis along with advanced SAP Concur Configuration experience, or third-party expense management applications.

  • Knowledge of corporate card programs and statement report reconciliation

  • Experience with Monday, ZenDesk, OneNote, MS Teams is preferred.

  • Some travel may be required
