Supervisor, OMS
Annual Base Salary: $95,000- $115,000 dependent on experience.
The Supervisor, OMS will coach, mentor, and support all the members of their designated team – performing regular 1 to 1 meetings, attending client calls (as applicable), and executing training/mentoring sessions. The supervisor will act as the first line of escalation for the Program Specialist team, providing coaching, quality control checks and on-the-job mentoring as needed. The supervisor will oversee the work distribution and quality control of services provided. They will also ensure consistency of services provided across the entire client base for all of the OMS practice.
Duties / Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and motivate a team of individuals ensuring they have clear objectives and receive necessary support.
Execute quality control checks to ensure the quality of work being executed by the Program Specialist team is meeting the highest quality standards.
Implement strategies for improving team performance and increasing productivity.
Ensure compliance with established company guidelines and procedures to provide high-quality service and outstanding customer care.
Promote the development of the team through coaching, training, and leadership development.
Ensure all employees receive the appropriate training and education with a focus on the T&E industry as well as their daily job responsibilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand and execute initiatives for the department.
Skills/ Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation design ability.
Empathetic mindset with a focus on serving those they are leading.
Thorough understanding of training processes – specifically related to the Travel & Expense industry and/or SAP Concur.
Ability to moderate large groups.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or other equivalent experience in a related area is preferred.
At least two years of experience in a supervisory position.
At least two years of experience in the Travel & Expense or Accounts Payable industry
